Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of InkedBond websites, customer applications, review tools, digital archives, and personalized manga services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

If you do not agree, do not place an order or submit personal material to InkedBond.

What InkedBond provides

InkedBond turns customer-supplied memories and photographs into a personalized manga package. Depending on the order, this may include a written story, generated and refined artwork, a digital preview, review rounds, a printed collector’s edition, downloadable companion assets, and an online archive.

Examples on our website show the kind of work we create. They do not guarantee that a new order will reproduce an identical composition, character, pose, color, or artistic result.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must be legally able to enter into a contract where you live. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place and manage the order.
• You must provide accurate information and keep access to your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly tell us it has been compromised.
• We may ask for information needed to verify an account, payment, order, or privacy request.

Stories, photos, and permissions

You retain the rights you already hold in the stories, photographs, messages, and other material you submit. You grant InkedBond a worldwide, limited license to host, copy, adapt, process, generate from, review, print, deliver, and display that material only as needed to provide and support the service.

• You confirm that you have the right and permission to submit all material in the order.
• If the material concerns a gift recipient or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide and use it for this purpose.
• You must not submit material that is unlawful, exploitative, threatening, hateful, defamatory, deceptive, or that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Do not include sensitive facts that are not necessary for the story or that you are not authorized to share.

AI-assisted creative process

InkedBond uses artificial intelligence tools together with human creative direction and review. Story text, creative prompts, and photo references may be processed by specialist providers to produce drafts and assets.

AI-assisted work can contain unexpected details or visual inconsistencies. The preview and review process is the opportunity to identify material issues before printing. InkedBond does not promise that generated material will be unique in every abstract element or eligible for intellectual-property protection in every country.

Orders, pricing, and payment

• Prices are shown before payment and may include the base package, selected add-ons, shipping, taxes, or other disclosed charges.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. InkedBond does not receive or store your complete card number.
• An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and InkedBond creates the order record.
• We may reject or cancel an order for payment problems, suspected fraud, prohibited material, technical impossibility, or an error in price or availability. Any refund will follow the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Review, revisions, and approval

The base package includes two review rounds with up to five focused comments per round. A comment should identify a specific page, panel, text item, or character detail and remain within the scope of the original order.

Additional comment rounds may require a separate purchase. Requests that substantially change the submitted story, cast, chosen direction, or approved scope may require a new quote.

Final approval authorizes InkedBond to prepare and submit the work for printing. Changes requested after approval may be unavailable or may require additional production and shipping charges.

Intellectual property

Subject to full payment, you may use the final personalized manga and companion assets for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing them with the intended recipient. Commercial publication, resale, merchandise, model training, or use in another product requires our prior written permission unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

InkedBond retains its rights in the service, brand, software, templates, production methods, reusable layouts, and pre-existing materials. We will not use a customer’s private story or identifiable photographs in public marketing without separate permission.

Printing, shipping, and digital access

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless InkedBond expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing. Printing, carriers, customs, weather, and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

You are responsible for checking the delivery address and preview before approval. Risk during shipment remains allocated as required by applicable consumer law.

Some editions include QR or link-based access to an online archive. Anyone who receives an unprotected link or scans the QR code may be able to view the linked content. Do not share it beyond people you trust. We may change the hosting technology or provide a reasonable download or migration option if an archive service is discontinued.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe systems, scrape content, or introduce malware.
• Do not impersonate another person, misuse another customer’s order, or attempt unauthorized access to an archive or review link.
• Do not use InkedBond or its outputs to harass, exploit, defraud, or harm another person.
• We may remove material, suspend access, or cancel work when reasonably necessary to protect customers, third parties, InkedBond, or the service.

Disclaimers and responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent allowed by law, InkedBond is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, missed occasions caused by an estimated delivery date, or problems caused by inaccurate customer material, unauthorized submissions, or misuse of shared links.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The version shown when you place an order will govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree to it.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to InkedBond’s contracting entity, subject to mandatory rights available where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
